Out of Court Alternatives ™ Christian Dispute Resolution Centers
Helping people resolve conflict out of court according to biblical principles.

You Decide — Not the Court

After years of experience as practicing lawyers, the principles of OOCA, recognized the more excellent way for parties to resolve disputes is by coming to the table to voluntarily resolve their disputes by mutual agreements.

Fundamental to our approach, is the interdisciplinary team of committed Christian dispute resolution professionals who are trained and certified in dispute resolution, as attorneys, mediators, pastors and counselors, including Certified Christian Conciliators™ who facilitate biblical reconciliation and a collaborative approach to dispute resolution.

Our Mission — We are a community resource collaborating with disputing parties to help them resolve conflict out of court according to biblical principles.

Our Vision — Our intent is obedience to Christ to bring:

  • Greater usage of biblical principles for conflict resolution resolved out of court
  • Community partners modeling peace and harmony for the world
Biblical Out of Court Settlements

Law suits can be scary, frustrating and costly. Many have talked about stress, sleeplessness and even illness associated with maneuvering the complicated legal system. There is a more excellent way! God's way.

I Corinthians 6:1 tells us that believers in Christ should stay out of court. Out of Court Alternatives, Christian Dispute Resolution Centers, LLC (OOCA), believes just that. We can help you with your legal dispute at a fraction of the cost of protracted litigation, which often runs tens of thousand of dollars (sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars).

Each OOCA staff has been carefully selected based not only on their legal expertise, but their trust and belief in God and His word.

The Centers actualize the I Corinthians 6 mandate for Christians to resolve disputes amongst fellow believers. However, the Centers also serve all who agree to avail themselves of biblical dispute resolution principles during the process to achieve true reconciliation.
